We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Standard Shipping: ₹50 (Free for orders above ₹999)
Express Shipping: ₹150 (Available in select locations)
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is shipped.
Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 business days
Express Delivery: 1 to 3 business days
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and external factors such as weather, strikes, or unforeseen delays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can track your order on our courier partner's website using the tracking number provided.
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 3 times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and a refund (excluding shipping fees) will be issued.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us at Hello@quintustech.co.in within 3 days of delivery with images of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the issue.
Address changes are possible only before order dispatch. Contact us at Hello@quintustech.co.in as soon as possible. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
